What would my company or team blessing look like?

All blessings are highly personalized, extremely thorough and YOU will be an important part of it. There is no one “size-fits-all” blessing. You will play a significant part in the ceremony and everyone on your team will be responsible for maintaining the good vibes after the blessing.

Preparation: Each blessing includes advance preparation. We’ll need to know the reason for the blessing, what you wish to achieve, what pilikia (trouble) you want to address and what your hope if for your company.

Ceremony: In every blessing, Kahu includes the elements essential to all life: air, fire, water, earth and the 5th essential element is YOU. Most if not all members of your staff or team should be present. Kahu will ask that 2 or 3 individuals who are most significant to the company (such as an owner, CEO, President, Office Manager, or Director) assist him during the ceremony so they can lead the charge in bringing a spirit of aloha to the space.

Length and Duration: Blessings can be incorporated into other meetings or events or can be a stand alone event. Depending on your needs, blessings can be done in as little as 5 – 15 minutes, more thorough blessings can last up to 1 to 1.5 hours.
